Scope of Business: Our company has been continuously focusing on the business development of coated and plated steel products for many years. Our product range includes color steel plates, color aluminum plates, printed plates, nano-coated plates, home appliance plates, lampshade plates, writing boards, galvanized plates, galvalume plates, cold-rolled plates, hot-rolled plates, 204/304/316 stainless steel, and other products. Our two color coating production lines can meet the production needs for color-coated coils with thicknesses ranging from 0.09 to 0.8mm and widths from 750 to 1250mm. Additionally, our color coating production line is equipped with over 180 printing rollers, which can meet 90% of our customers' printing needs. In order to better implement the concept of serving customers and achieving win-win cooperation with them, and to address the issue of a single product type, in early 2021, after thorough market research, our company's General Manager, Li Jingzhuang, made the resolute decision to add tile pressing, punching, flattening, coating, and slitting equipment for the above products to our existing two color coating and printing production lines. Currently, the slitting and flattening workshop is divided into two sections, the south and the north, covering an area of over 20,000 square meters. It has 20 slitting lines and complete winding and unwinding apertures, including (80/160/200/250/300/400/508mm), capable of processing widths from 5mm to 1600mm and thicknesses from 0.085 to 3mm. This meets the needs of various customer segments such as cables, spiral tubes, joists, threading hoses, and advertising boards. The flattening and tile pressing workshop covers an area of over 10,000 square meters and has four flattening production lines and several tile pressing production equipment. The tile pressing models are complete, capable of processing flat tiles, corrugated tiles, T-shaped tiles, and glazed tiles. Additionally, products can be customized according to customer needs. Our slitting and tile pressing equipment are comprehensive, the product quality is excellent, the surface is scratch-free, and both sides are burr-free. Our service is widely favored by customers and leads the Jiangbei market.
